| HAR Analyzer | The HAR Analyzer is able to create a list of every URL hit by a webpage. The analyzer will return results that can be added to a Zscaler Custom list, or a Zscaler PAC file depending on which form of filtering your Network is taking advantage of. | URL Analyzer | Using Zscaler's Custom Lookup and URL Lookup API, the URL Analyzer is able to pull every Custom List defined by a user. The Analyzer will sort alphabetically based on url, and flag common mistakes which keep the Custom List from properly filtering network content. The results can be filtered by Custom List name, URL, or Zscaler classification to allow for easy and efficient List maintenance. |
| Zscaler Categorization | Using Zscaler's URL Lookup API, the URL Analyzer is able to take in a txt file list of URLs and report how Zscaler classifies them while also flagging any URL that does not conform to Zscaler's formatting requirements. | NCREN PAC Proxy Extension | The NCREN PAC Proxy Extension reates an environment sensitive proxy connection, so when PAC files are pushed onto user accounts the proxy only takes effect when Chrome OS is detected. This will allow for off-site filtering of Chromebooks, while leaving Chrome browser unlocked. By utilizing a JSON policy parameter in Google’s Admin console the extension is easily tailored to any agencies specific PAC file. | DIG | The DIG tool is a web-based version of the linux command 'dig'. Enter any domain name, and choose which dns record type to look up. Optional +short flag to strip out the extraneous information and just see the answer field. Authoritative domain server(s) for the domain name listed at the bottom of every output. |
| Clean PAC | The Clean PAC tool will inspect an uploaded PAC file for duplicates, possible opportunities for URL aggregations under a single domain, and misformatted location aware statements. The tool will highlight areas for best practice improvements, and will print existing lines of URL exclusions with duplicates removed - with lines printed individually for readability. |
